Pacific Enterprise Solutions Group (PESG), founded in July of 2018, is a subsidiary of Electric Cricket LLC, based out of Irvine, CA. Electric Cricket (EC) was established and Incorporated in 2009. EC provides custom construction management and project management software, monthly system maintenance and support, and business intelligence reporting to a Fortune 50 client and the Oneida tribe in Wisconsin. In addition, EC provides technology direction and leadership for client IT departments, and have also built and maintained a custom, automated invoicing system for a specific client generating EPA invoicing.


Dennis Simac

Mr. Simac has more than 38 years of experience in construction and remedial construction management. His areas of expertise include planning and establishing construction, overseeing quality control, developing safety management programs, and managing contracts. His construction management experience at U.S. Air Force Bases (AFB) spans more than two decades, and includes serving as program manager for multiple projects at Beale AFB, Nellis AFB, Vandenberg AFB, Travis AFB, Ft. Irwin, and the Sierra Army Depot on behalf of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEE) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).


Parley Ansley

Parley Ansley is a Construction Superintendent with more than 35 years of experience in the environmental and heavy construction industry. He has been the site superintendent on numerous heavy construction projects and environmental remediation projects for the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE). These projects include the supervision and coordination of construction activities involving demolition of structure, underground storage tank removal, excavation of rock and soils, treatment of contaminated soils, paving, and restoration of disturbed areas. In addition, for the past 10 years, Mr. Ansley has served as the Safety Officer on all types of construction projects for the U.S. government.

As a Project Superintendent and Site Safety and Health Officer, Mr. Ansley works with the project manager to establish start dates and create the overall project schedule. He is responsible for day-to-day project coordination; scheduling the workforce, following plans and specifications, adherence to applicable building codes and safety standards, immediate notification of any discrepancies at the job site, and conducting weekly site safety, coordination, and preparatory meetings. He also logs daily reports, ensures the Zero Accident Construction Safety Program and coordinates with subcontractors.
